How your conversations are saved and shared
As you explore the NI Partnerships Builder, you can save your conversations and return to them later.
Authorised eduSOIL team members can view your saved drafts, even before you formally submit a conversation.
This helps us understand your interests, prepare for future discussions and support the relationship as it develops.
Selecting Submit Conversation creates a separate submission record for eduSOIL follow-up.
Other partner accounts can see a contribution only when an administrator grants explicit individual access with a permission record. Internal eduSOIL staff notes remain private to authorised team members.
Information and purpose
Your account name, verified email, optional organisation and phone, Conversation answers, programme selections and sketches support partnership exploration and follow-up. This acknowledgement does not create a partnership agreement or consent to unrelated marketing.
Relationship Garden and organisation records
Organisation records bring authorised contacts, Conversations, meetings and next actions together. New organisations are private. Only an administrator-approved name or profile appears in the public Relationship Garden. Adding a contact does not grant an account access. Individual contribution sharing requires a separate permission record.
Connection enquiries and meeting requests are held for authorised eduSOIL staff to review. They do not automatically introduce organisations, send invitations or confirm a booking. Internal notes are excluded from public and partner-facing records.
Retention and your information rights
Owner review required before live use: confirm the retention period, privacy contact, applicable rights and how requests are handled. Do not enter real personal information in this development preview.
